Some conservatives who dispute the existance of global warming have jumped on an e-mail that is being interpreted by them as referring to faked data. The e-mail is one of many that have been made public after emails from the University of East Anglia were hacked. At the center of the controversy is a phrase that includes using "Mike's Nature trick of adding in". As one who uses the term "trick" in my lines of work ('tricks for bloggers' for example does not mean tricking bloggers), it would appear to me they're blowing smoke. Judge for yourself.
